I just recently copied an article from this ( I believe ) group concerning an ftp site at 129.97.129.116 (mims-iris.waterloo.edu). Every time I have tried to connect to it, this has happened: ftp 129.97.129.116 ftp: connect: Connection refused ftp> I have tried late at night and on Saturdays both. What's wrong?
