However many companies object strongly to the "unprofessional" use of the system. (ie games, taxes, letter writing, etc) Therefore a personal computer is essential. Additionally the educational benefits of trying to write systems software on your own computer gives anyone an advantage in dealing with the "big" guys at the office. Lastly, where else could you program a computer to do nothing but wait for you to open the door so that it could turn on the lights. --Chuck -------
