[comp.fonts] Mac/Dos converter?

I have a bunch of Mac printer fonts that we load into our NEC laser printer
and am curious if they can be converted into IBM printer fonts. This might not
be the correct question. Let me start over. We have two Macs and two IBMs
connected to the printer through Appletalk. All the fonts that we download
are Mac fonts. What I need to happen is to be able to 'convert' the Mac fonts
into IBM fonts so that we can download from the IBMs without tieing up the Macs.
Another benifit is that we have another IBM w/laser printer in another office
that we would also like to use the printer fonts on as well (without running
cables from the Mac). We have a Mac/IBM file converter but it doesn't work on
these postscript printer files. It says that the 'data fork' is empty. I suppose
that this means that the files are not text but compiled in some way.(?)
Any advice or clues are appreciated.
