Need to buy a noiseless printer for every day office use (mainly in draft mode) with the following characteristics. Any suggestions/comments will be appreciated. Please furnish a phone number if a particular vendor is recommended. Requirements: - IBM/AT compatible - supported by most popular software packages - QUIET (NOISELESS) - at least 300 CPS in draft mode - NLQ or LQ capability (any speed) - at least or about 20K of buffer - standard push feed tractor for fanfold papers - wide carriage (132 characters/line) and capability of using narrow papers - regular papers (no thermal papers) - a price of about $550 after discount (if any) for educational institutions Preferred requirements: - graphics capabilities - single sheet friction feed - switch from fanfold to single sheets or envelopes without removing hardware or paper - dot matrix Please reply by e-mail.
