[comp.fonts] HELP! Metafont->MS Windows 3.0 converter needed

A couple of questions to Metafont gurus out there:

1.  What do I have to do to generate monospaced Computer Modern fonts for
    the complete symbol set? This is a complete novice you are dealing with,
    so things like "put \monospace true in driver file roman.mf" or something
    along those lines, ie. cookbook, would help tremendously.

2.  How can I convert Metafont fonts to MS Windows 3.0 display fonts? Some-
    body MUST have done this. I know of X11 conversion utilities, but none
    for Windows at all. Any clues, eg. convert pk->pbm->.......->mswin3.0,
    would GREATLY be appreciated.
