Where can I get access to the following font
conversion filters:

	MetaFont compressed pk bitmaps  <---> Vfont
	MetaFont compressed pk bitmaps  <---> X11 bdf or snf
	HP Soft Font <-->  Vfont

Does anyone know of a utility to convert OpenWindows .f3b fonts
to Ghostscript .gsf fonts?  Because the default fonts that come
with Gostscript are quite poor, but I don't want to pay the price
of running OpenWindows becuase it's so slow.
