I have a PMMI but have never run it at 600 baud ... wonder if it is still 103 compatible at that speed. Just received a brochure from DC Hayes about their Smartmodem 1200. It is Bell 103 and 212A compatible. It looks like it is software-compatible with the original Smartmodem (looking at the commands recognized by it). Rick
