Does anyone know how I may obtain a copy of the specification
of Apple/Microsoft's `TrueType' typeface description language
in the UK? Cost? Address or telephone number?

Does anyone know of a public-domain technical comparison of the
various typeface description language offerings - TrueType vs.
Adobe vs. Sun vs. anything else?
