I am using Apple's MacX X Windows Systems server and would like to take advantage of Adobe Type Manager fonts. The only way I have found to do this is, for each font and point size I create a MacX font alias using the X logical lont description; For example, an alias for 24pt bold Times is "-Abobe-Times-Bold-R-Normal--24-240-75-75-P-132-ISO8859-1" Now, any standard X client can access an ATM 24pt bold Times. The problem I have is finding a list the list of 75 dpi Adobe foundry logical font descriptons for point sizes through 127pt. Adobe has not yet returned my calls, so am asking the net. If you have any information please send an email. I will summarize and post the AWK script that creates the MacX Font Directory.
