[net.micro] EMACS for trs80's

I have written a new video drive for the trs80 model I to use
with EMACS. I have also written the appropriate termcap entry.
The video driver occupies about 800 bytes and it is just that. You
will need a terminal program to patch this drive into. If anyone
(i.e. steve segletes) wants a copy of it, I will send it to them.
