Has anyone been able to transfer a/ux files to the mac/os partition? Hfx doesn't let you. What I'd like to do is leave my a/ux up and send files (ex: downloadable .stuffit files) to it via uucp, and then when I get home reboot the box under mac os and transfer the files from a/ux over and use them. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this, let me know.

>Has anyone been able to transfer a/ux files to the mac/os partition? >Hfx doesn't let you. You have to use hfx to transfer from MacOs to a floppy, instead of a HD. Dunno why, but that's the way it is. Of course, once you get it on the floppy, you can do with it what you will. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ben Goldfarb uucp: {decvax,peora}!ucf-cs!goldfarb University of Central Florida Internet: goldfarb@hcx9.ucf.edu Department of Computer Science BITNET: goldfarb@ucf1vm.BITNET -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
