A compatibility question: Does the Taxan Crystalview 1901 monitor/nubus card combo function under A/UX 1.1? It's a monochrome monitor with (the version I'm interested in) 1152 x 864 resolution, and it doesn't require an INIT or vendor-unique CDEV when operating under macOS - at least, the nubus version doesn't. Nor does it require a patch be installed in the macOS system file. In other words, between the mac II and nubus-card roms, sufficient information is deposited in a table somewhere in memory and in adequate order for sad or happy macs to be centered and for correct interpretation by the macOS when it comes up. Is this sufficient for proper operation under A/UX 1.1? While a firm sighting would be best, I'm glad to read speculation based on the information in the above paragraph.
