I called Radius, but all they could point me to was the 'mac2' entry in termcap/terminfo. I have a termcap entry for an extended vt100 that I use on my MacIvory (embedded Symbolics board) in this same machine on this same monitor that works pretty well for startup, but vi and others seem to pay attention to terminfo (excuse any ignorance here, I'm a BSD type Unixoid), so I'm faced with learning how to create an equivalent terminfo entry. That is, unless someone has done it for me...
