Is there any chance that A/UX will run on a 68030 accelerated Plus or SE? Should I break down and buy a IIcx (I'd probably have the money for it sometime next century...) A/UX 1.1 runs on an SE/30 (hence the narrower banner when A/UX boots - has to fit on the SE/30 screen). Your easiest course is to trade-in your SE for an SE/30 as this is guaranteed to work and can be Apple supported if you pay the money. It would be amusing to try A/UX 1.1.1 on an accelerated SE, but don't hand over the money in advance... -- William Roberts ARPA: liam@cs.qmw.ac.uk Queen Mary & Westfield College UUCP: liam@qmw-cs.UUCP Mile End Road AppleLink: UK0087 LONDON, E1 4NS, UK Tel: 01-975 5250 (Fax: 01-980 6533)

The SE/30 requires A/UX 1.1.1 (or the just announced 2.0, which will be out this summer).
