Reply to: smith@origin.life.uiuc.edu I am hearing people say that 1.1.1 can be upgraded to 2.0 for free. Where are people getting this information from? I have just purchased 1.1.1 for my SE/30 in Feb., and I was very upset when I heard that 2.0 came out a few weeks later. Anyone from Apple care to comment on the upgrade?

My understanding is that the upgrade from 1.1.1 to 2.0 is free if you purchased 1.1.1 on or after the announcement of 2.0 (March 23, 1990, I believe).
