From: Stephen Hancock <SFH@Cmu-20c> I am experiencing poor picture quality from my VIC-20 and RF modulator. Diagonal lines traverse the screen from left to right then from right to left. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it the RF modulator or the VIC-20 that is suspect? There are also some faint vertical lines located at the beginning of each character position.
