I'm running A/UX 2.0b9 in 24-bit mode. Is there a way to turn on the virtual memory feature as you can in 32-bit mode? Doing a "setenv TBMEMORY 16M" in my .login doesn't seem to do it. Darryl E. Marsee Syracuse University <demarsee@gamera.cns.syr.edu>

The A/UX implementation only supports up to 8MB in 24-bit mode. It doesn't do "the virtual memory feature" in either mode; it's just that when you're (closer to) 32-bit clean, you can use the larger address space. >Darryl E.
