[This is a repeat message that did not make it past our newsfeed (or so I was told). If you have seen this before, I'm sorry I'm being redundant.] I have an ADB extended keyboard on my Mac II that I've modified by swapping the keyposts for the control and caps lock keys. To enable this modification for MacOS mode, I simply modifed the KMAP resource in the System file. Of course, this won't work with a standard A/UX 2.0 installation, so I'll need to modify another file. I've made the same modification to all the KMAP resources in every System file I could find, but none of them worked. Does anyone know which file I'll have to modify? If this isn't possible, then I'll have to cut some traces and run some wire. I really don't like having the caps lock key to the left of the A key.
