[comp.unix.aux] Installing Mac fonts into MacX

an12365@mdaali.cancer.utexas.edu (E. Neely Atkinson) (01/16/91)

I have just installed MacX 1.0.1 onto my Mac II running A/UX 2.0.
I only had the MacOS version of the manuals, so my problem may be
trivial. When I try to install any Mac fonts, as soon as I click on
the font type, MacX shuts down - further my cursor disappears
until I log out. I have turned off all my inits (except init cdev) and
have no other Mac applications running. Has anyone seen anything
like this?

Thanks for any help.

Sorry, no. I have just tried this and cannot reproduce it. Could you
email me so more details about what you're trying to do and how?

Thanks.
