Well, it seems that AbSoft, the same people who do MacFortranII, have a symbolic debugger called FX that appears QUITE neat. It uses standard "-g" symbol table info, so it can work with just about any C or FORTRAN compiler but it's forte is FORTRAN... all the stuff that sdb either can't do with FORTRAN or is too cumbersome or obscure to do with sdb is a snap with FX... ... Anyway, that's what they say...
