[comp.unix.aux] 'rusers' appears to be broken...

maples@ddtisvr@uunet.uu.net (Greg Maples) (02/27/91)

Has anyone else noticed that the 'rusers' and 'ruptime'
commands appear to be broken? I get the following
garbage when I try to run it:

	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_array: out of memory
	> xdr_reference: out of memory

Anyway, this goes on forever... Seems like it was not ported
at all. I'd really prefer to use rusers and etc. than the old
'rwho' stuff. Anyone know what's going on?
