Can an Appleshare File server be run under aux? I want to support the fileserver task as well as use the machine for other jobs at the same time. Seems like it woudl work. -- Henry Melton qfhca81@memrqa.sps.mot.com {slow} qfhca81@memqa ..!cs.utexas.edu!execu!sequoia!memqa!qfhca81 {home} henry@hutto ..!emx.utexas.edu!hutto!henry

CAP (the Columbia Appletalk Package) supports a AUFS server as well as printer serving and some utilities. It runs fine under A/UX (using the builtin Appletalk protocol stack over either LocalTalk or EtherTalk); you do need Appletalk Phase 2 and Ethertalk version 2... --John
