Probably a very old question but ... I have a MacII (with 68851) which has the old system roms. I'm presently planning on moving to A/UX. Do these old "not-32-bit-clean" system roms affect the operation of A/UX? (I've read that under MacOS, System 7 will be restricted to only 15MB of virtual memory.) In other words, is it sensible to have the logic board exchanged (which I believe is free)? (It's more the time loss of the machine rather than the cost that concerns me). And how the hell do I find someone to do this that actually knows what is going on? Sorry ... rhetorical question.
