The CDR-72 and other "higher-end" NEC drives should work, however.  No
promises, since I'm not sure we've tried 'em all.

Shame about the CDR-35 since it's got such a great price.

Anyone have any idea about the CDR-77, which I believe was the CDR-72's
predecessor?  I got some updated drivers from NEC about a year ago to make
it work with the Grolier encyclopedia, and it has worked fine on all other
Mac OS stuff.
