[comp.unix.aux] A/UX-compatible Unix BBS

chuck@brain.UUCP (Chuck Shotton) (06/29/91)

Can anyone recommend a Unix-based BBS, particularly one that has a snowball's
chance of working with A/UX? If so, any clues on where to FTP it from?

Thanks,
Chuck

Well, Panix is an A/UX bbs, sorta. But I don't think that's what you meant. :-)

I too would be interested in any information of this sort. Please post, or
include me in any mailed response.

I had QueBBS running for a while (needed a few adjustments) but
worked rather well. I can't remember what site I had FTPed it
from, but it was from one of the Internet accessable BBS'.

I'm currently beta testing another BBS. It has been very nice,
and easy to configure. I'll see if i can't get you more
information on this, or get you the author's address.
