	JADE SIMULATIONS INTERNATIONAL

JSI is a startup company looking to hire a number of good programmers with
experience in distributed systems and simulation. Specifically we
are looking for people with some of the following skills:
	simulation
	distributed systems and operating systems
	graphics (2.5D mainly)
	operating systems

The main lanuages and tools we are using are:
	UNIX
	C
	C++
	Prolog

Machines that we are working on include BBN Butterfly, Intel HyperCube,
Transputer based multiprocessors and others.

The main work we are doing is applying the techniques of Virtual Time
and Time Warp to distributed simulation systems. This is at the
current edge of research on distributed systems and algorithms. So if
you didnt understand the first sentence of this paragraph dont worry.
We are more interested in someone who can learn fast rather than someone
who already knows the area.
If you are looking for a job which is technically challenging in a very
fast growing area with an exciting and rapidly expanding company then this
is for you.

Remuneration is in the range $30K-$60K depending on background and ability.
A stock option plan is included.

JSI is located in Calgary (remember the Olympics) and can offer magnificent
skiing, mountains, hiking and a pleasant stress free city.
