Ach! There are too many parallel processing/supercomputing
conferences this year! This is driving me up the wall, I got
invitations for two more boondoggles (France and Hawaii). When is this
going to stop? Who was it that said that the world could only
support 3 such conferences per year?

Well, it can't be all bad - I mean there are worse places to go than Hawaii and France. :-O But seriously, it seems that supercomputing is the hot topic so everyone is getting in the act. Sadly, this is remiscent of the database stuff in the early 70's and some of the AI stuff recently.
