Here's some more parallel processing references.  Legally, my secretary
has keyed this in before adding them to my biblio, so they are not
covered by the P-H copyright yet.  I am hereby soliciting any
corrections, keyword fields, or annotations (no abstracts please,
just synopses.  I just discovered one typo.
