For those sites which have made agreements with Prentice-Hall (thru me) for the parallel processing bibliography, a new version is now available on the Internet for anonymous FTP. Please restrict copying to the wee hours of PDT (after 10 PM). The size is currently 2.9 MB. There is also a slightly revised README. To prevent every body copying at once, take first letter of your institution's name mod 5 and wait that many days from reading this to copy. Something I did was select 4 references and used the commercial database services. The outcome, short, was mixed if you expect help from NTIS, INSPEC, etc. you may cover 50%. One citation was NEVER found on a commercial list. This cost the Government $50 for 4 references. More on this in the future, so you come out ahead. I have this list of the points of contact of each site which has requested in the past. If a point of contact changes, please let me know. Check your system admin to find out who might have it at your site. I have updated copies at sites where I have accounts (UC, ICASE, LLNL, NASA, etc.). Contact me if you have problems FTPing it. There's more, but I blabber too much. Thank you for your support. --eugene
