Does anyone else contributing a paper to the proc. of "Frontiers '88: ..." want my LaTeX style for preparing the camera-ready copy in the specified format? It's intended for use with an output device that can actually produce 11x14 output, but you might be able to convince your output driver to scale the output down to fit on smaller paper, I suppose.
