Has anyone recieved the proceedings from the hypercube conference this year in Pasadena? If you have, or know when it will be shipping could you let me know? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Adam Beguelin Computer Science Department Box 430 adamb@boulder.Colorado.Edu University of Colorado 303/492-7906 Boulder, CO 80309-430

About two weeks ago the machine room downstairs was flooded with boxes of books from the press; curious, I wandered away from the rack-mounting I was helping with to see what the 500 or so boxes were for. They held both volumes of the Proceedings. The pile of boxes is nearly half gone, and the mailers which have pairs of volumes in them which are sitting down next to the (currently) unopened boxes are labelled with last names in the late 'L' and early 'M' sections. My guess is that they've been spreading out the mass of shipping. I'm not sure where they started in the mailings, or in what order, but at the rate the boxes are disappearing shipment should be finished at this end within the next two weeks. Disclaimer: I am in no way connected to the conference; I only help care for the Vaxen which sit near the pallets of proceedings. -- Joe Beckenbach joe@csvax.caltech.edu Caltech 256-80, Pasadena CA 91125 Just looking for something to do with a hypercube and a vax.
