suter@uunet.UU.NET (David Suter) (01/24/89)
I am considering purchasing a transputer system (Definicon boards) and
Express (which is a derivative of CUBIX from Caltech). My system
is probably going to use a PC host (for lack of money - I hope to eventually
extend the network and to upgrade to some workstation host such as a Sun 386i) -
however, enough dreaming. My request for any information and tales of
woe or joy from people that already have used Express.
I have used Trillium (trollios - or whatever it is now called)
[and that !@#&%$ TDS development system] and have read
general descriptions of Cubix in Fox et als. book - what I want is more
first hand experience and comparisons.
If anyoune with contributions would be kind enough to email me - I will
provide a summary of responses to
anyone else with a similar request.
