[comp.parallel] SIMD Mesh Architecture Simulator Wanted

I am looking for a 2-D Mesh processor simulator that executes SIMD types
of problems for architectural research. I saw an announcement of a SIMD
simulator last year from Lawence Livermore (I think), but lost my notes
