I am looking for some papers on Genetic Algorithms and Set Covering problems. This is for application to scheduling. I am also looking for a reference to a particular paper, titled "Genetic Algorithms and Communication Link Speed Design: Theoretical Considerations" By Lawrence Davis and Susan Coombs. If someone could tell me where to find this paper it would be helpful. The Science and the AST index do not have this paper listed.
