%X This paper deals with an area of serious research, however, it immediately
jumps in and describes the shortcomings of DOS.  This can be taken in one of
several ways: 1) a strawman (no serious computer scientist would consider
such a comparison), 2) a somewhat uneducated (in CS) user, 3) possibly a
deliberate attempt at re-inventing the wheel.
The tragedy is 1) similar work like this has been done by others (in
some cases getting farther), 2) it could have learned from this work,
and 3) could have contributed more.  The paper is full of acronyms
and will likely fade way except perhaps in its local user community.  Sad.
