[net.micro] Microsoft to TDL?

	Have any other TDL assembler fans already made a program to
convert M80 style assmebler programs to TDL style??  The two seem fairly
similar in capability, but I perfer the TDL mnemonics to Zilog's.  If I
can get at least the psuedo ops converted, I can deal with the rest.
