I do not remember if anyone posted any request for collecting references to compiling for distributed-memory message-passing MIMD machines before. If so, please e-mail a copy to me. Otherwise, please e-mail what you know of to me. After a period of time, say 2 or 3 weeks, I will post what I collect in this newsgroup.
