There is a project starting up here at the institute that will involve writing a relational database for a SIMD machine (and possibly implement it on a Connection Machine). I would appreciate any references that any of you might be willing to share with me and also, I would appreciate any information on problems that we might have to deal with either on the database side or the parallel side. If any of you are interesting in our progress please let me know and I will try and keep you updated as to what we accomplish. Thanks for any help. Tah.
