Yes, Myrias has such a debugger.  It has been in use for about a year and it
is often used on hundreds of processors to debug both Fortran and C programs.
It is interactive, fully symbolic and doesn't introduce a probe effect (this
is due to the memory/programming model that Myrias uses).
