Hallo there, I am looking for a paper by Dayde and Duff : "Use of level-3 BLAS in LU Factorisation on 3 Multiprocessor machines .." that appeared as a Tech Report of the Computer Science division at Harwell Labs, England in 1988 and also in the proceedings of the International Conference on Supercomputing, June 1990 (Amsterdam.) I would like to have a copy of the abovementioned paper or the email address(es) of the author(s).
