I have been contacted by Alison Hauptman of Metanoic Consultants,Inc. She is trying to fill position(s) with General Electric in Morristown, NJ. GE has established a Parallel Research Lab with a Connection Machine and are looking for masters/doctoral level students who may be interested in working there. To quote: "I am looking for someone with training and research experience in the development of parallel processing applications in the areas of signal processing, simulation, military activites, engineering, AI, or operations research.
