[comp.parallel] real symmetric eigenvalue problem

    I am interested in solution of the real symmetric eigenvalue problem
(dense, full case) on message passing parallel machines (such as the Intel
hypercube), for one of my applications. I need to calculate either all
eigenvalues and eigenvectors or only the highest few eigenvalues and
corresponding eigenvectors. Whatever few papers I have, tell very little about
this problem.

    Could some kind netters direct me to the right references.
