Sites having my parallel biblio should note that I have updated
(and am in the process of trying to catch up with the
multiworkstation posting, etc.) the biblio. In the usual place.
I have also been incorporating comments (annotations),
from the recommended readings (which I am still tabulating,
please get these to me, do not procrastinate [some very
good ones from Hennessey, Patterson, Gottlieb, and others])
also accumulated comp.parallel posts, and other sources.
Oh, I also need to include the simulated annealing stuff
for the algorithm people....
REMEMBER TO WAIT UNTIL THE WEEKEND TO FTP. Our gateway is
loaded. And if the fellow from NRL would phone me (email bounces),
I can let you have it. Others just learning of this
please ASK your system managers BEFORE asking me.
In particular: Cornell people: talk to Doug Elias, he is your
point of contact. I assume you have tools like lookbib, etc.
News software is not working on our host.
