Applications are invited for a one year postdoctoral fellowship.
The area of research is the relationship between parallel languages and
parallel architectures, focusing on architecture-independent approaches. 
A Ph.D in Computer Science is required, together with expertise in 
several of the following areas: parallel models of computation, 
functional languages, category theory, the Bird-Meertens formalism, 
parallel architectures, rewriting systems, and transformation systems.
The starting date is nominally July 1st, 1991, but some flexibility
is possible.
