Hi,
I'm interested in multiprogramming strategies for distributed
memory multicomputers. Are there any policies which are
somewhat more dynamic than the static partitioning of the set
of node computers (i. e. the static allocation of a
subset of computers to an incoming application job,
which keeps these processors for its entire lifetime)?
I would be very grateful for some hints on the state of
the art in this research area.
Thanks in advance, Babette
