(Farrer Road, P.O. Box 128, SINGAPORE 9128), and the first issue is scheduled for September of 1991. PPL aims to rapidly disseminate results in the field of parallel processing in the form of short papers. It will have a wide scope and cover topics such as the design and analysis of parallel and distributed algorithms, the theory of parallel computation, parallel programming languages, parallel programming environments, parallel architectures and VLSI. Original results will be published, and experimental results if they contain an analysis corresponding to an abstract model of computation. PPL will be an ideal information vehicle for recent high quality achievements. \vspace{5pt} \noindent {\Large {\bf Editor-in-Chief:}} Michel Cosnard, Ecole Normale Sup\'erieure de Lyon, France \vspace{5pt} \noindent {\Large{\bf Regional Editors}}\\ \footnotesize \begin{tabular}{ll} S G Akl (Queen's Univ, North America) & Y Muraoka (Waseda Univ, Asia)\\ R Brent (Australian National Univ, Oceania) & S Song (Univ of Sao Paolo, South America)\\ H Djidjev (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, East Europe) & M Tchuente (Universit\'e de Yaound\'e, Africa) \end{tabular} \vspace{5pt} \noindent {\Large{\bf Editorial Board}}\\ \begin{tabular}{ll} M Amamiya (Kyushu Univ) & A Lingas (Lund Univ)\\ A Apostolico (Universit\`a degli Studi di l'Acquila)& K F Loe (National Univ of Singapore)\\ M Atallah (Purdue Univ) & P McKenzie (Universit\'e de Montr\'eal)\\ J Baker (Kent State Univ) & R Miller (State Univ of New York at Buffalo)\\ G Beauquier (Universit\'e de Paris Sud) & B Monien (Univ of Paderborn)\\ J-C Bermond (Universit\'e de Nice-Sophia Antipolis) & P Navaux (UFRGS, Rio de Janerio)\\ V P Bhatkar (Pune University) & P Quinton (IRISA - Rennes)\\ P C P Bhatt (India Inst of Tech, Delhi) & G L Reijns (Delft Univ of Tech)\\ D Bini (Universit\`a di Pisa) & D Roose (Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven)\\ A Bode (Technische Universit\"at M\"unchen) & W Rytter (Warszawski Univ)\\ S K Das (Univ of North Texas) & S G Sedukhin (USSR Academy of Sciences)\\ J-M Delosme (Yale Univ) & M Snir (IBM Research Center, Yorktown)\\ A G Ferreira (Ecole Normale Sup\'erieure de Lyon) & P Spirakis (Univ of Patras)\\ J-L Gaudiot (Univ of Southern California) & I Stojmenovic (Univ of Ottawa)\\ A Gerasoulis (Rutgers Univ) & M Vajtersic (Slovak Academy of Sciences)\\ R Ibbett (Univ of Edinbugh) & M Valero (Universidad Politechnica de Cataluna)\\ H Imai (Univ of Tokyo) & M Vanneschi (Univsit\`a di Pisa)\\ C Jesshope (Univ of Surrey) & U Vishkin (Univ of Maryland and Tel Aviv Univ)\\ M Langston (Univ of Tennessee) & P Vittanyi (Centrum voor Wiskunde Informatica)\\ A Liestman (Simon Fraser Univ) & H-P Zima (Univ of Vienna) \end{tabular} \normalsize \vspace{.1in} Typescripts are to be in English.
