My story is just the same. They have my money, vie MasterCard. After two phone calls, and assurance that "they will ship today via UPS", I still have nothing in hand. It's been more than ten weeks. What's with that outfit? Shall we complain to the San Francisco BBB? T. W. Hildebrandt UNC-Greensboro

Cancel my recent followup. My copy of JRT PASCAL came through by UPS yesterday, 9 december. *Three* 5.25" floppies. I haven't examined it yet. However, it is marked as version 2.1. T. W. Hildebrandt UNC-Greensboro

Technically they are in violation of U.S. Postal regulations for not delivering your product (or a postcard offering your money back) within 30 days. I have heard that they just released an updated version of their software and were holding orders for that reason - so people would get the new version.
