Guys, When I read a bunch of articles about "why is my drive so noisy", and fifty dozen iterations of computing frame half frame interactions, in comp.sys.amiga.tech, then I see the discussion group falling apart. Please, please, please! Exercise a little self discipline. If the discussion is not about ongoing development of software or hardware for sale, rent, or giving away, it belongs in comp.sys.amiga, not comp.sys.amiga.tech. This will only work if you edit the newsgroups line. And the IPC discussion is cute as heck, but it is 1/2 dozen people who could easily build .mailrc aliases for the others in the group, and deputize one person to post results and group addresses to .tech about _once_a_month_. The current stuff is less fun to read than grafitti. If you find yourself following up a thread for the second time, it has become a conversation, not news, and belongs in email. Please? This can only work if you let it. I have nothing technical to contribute, so I'm gone, back to lurking, with followups directed _away_ from .tech. Kent, the man from xanth.
