There is now a new version of BLITLAB. This program was included on the dev disks supplied by C= at the DevCon and embelishes the original to allow experimentation with all blitter parameters (which the original evidently lacks). The big addition to Tom's new BlitLab is a blitter emulator section
based on the original simulation code by Dale used before Agnus was ready.
This didn't come out so clearly in the talk.
This provides the ability to see the blitter memory fetches and writes
individually. I'm not sure how much the display shows, but the information
is there (in the source at least) to see the effects of the pipeline and
so on.
Unfortunately, It's missing line mode, so you don't get to see the little
bit march around the A data (or whichever), but for the down and dirty,
you can't get any more info than the simulator provides.
