[comp.sys.amiga.tech] A question about shared libraries

I am confused, which is not a new experience, mind you, but still one of which
I am not particularly fond.  I thought I knew all about shared libraries, but
it would seem I have been over looking some fundamental concerns.  When the
system Expunges a library, who is responsible for UnLoadSeg()'ing the libraries
segment lists?  Is it me in my Expunge entry point?  If it is not me, then who
and where?  Also, how can I Expunge a library.  If WorkBench (just another
application) can do it, surely I should be able to do it.  Any help would be
very much appreciated.
